At Sweetlyah, all of our treats are baked fresh to order with care and love. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

If there is an issue with your order — such as damage during delivery, a missing item, or an error on our part — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want every bite from Sweetlyah to be a sweet experience.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be baked, packaged, and shipped. Large or custom orders may require additional time, and we’ll always notify you if there are any delays

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

If you’re located near San Antonio, we also offer local pickup or delivery options. You’ll be able to select your preference at checkout.
